Action Africa Help International (AAH-I) is currently implementing a Water Sector Trust Fund (Water Fund) project dubbed “enhancing livelihoods through water and sanitation (ELIWAS)”, supported by the royal embassy of Denmark through DANIDA. The project aims at improving Turkana West Sub County host and refugee communities’ livelihoods, through employment creation, environmental conservation improved water supply, sanitation and water resource management, with components of drought resilient agriculture, for sustainable income generating activities.
AAH-I hereby invites interested, experienced, reputable and licensed contractors to submit sealed offers for the following tenders with closing dates of 15th February 2021 at 10:00 am EAT as indicated on the Column of Tender reference. Late offers will not be considered.

Completed tender documents (Both original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and the tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box which is located at AAHI Kakuma main offices in compound 3, Kakuma Town, or sent to kakumaprocurement@actionafricahelp.org
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the AAHI conference hall (Tukul) in Compound 3 Kakuma town in the presence of interested tenderers or their representatives, who will choose to attend on the 15th February, 2021 at 10.00 hours EAT. Strict compliance to the COVID 19 GOK regulations shall be upheld. Those who will not be able to physically attend can join the tender opening virtually through the link provided as annex B to the tender documents
AAH-I reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
