1. The GOVERNMENT OF MAKUENI COUNTY invites sealed tenders for the construction of
CONSTRUCTION OF KYANG’INYWA DISPENSARY
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method-open county tendering using a standardized
tender document with business permit of Makueni County.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain from our website www.makueni.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke or
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.makueni.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.makueni.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.keTenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to

addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 140 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of KSH. 95,000 from financial institutions recognized
by central bank of Kenya or insurance companies approved by PPRA valid for of 120 days
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically and sequentially serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. In the

9. Completed tenders must be addressed to the address below on or before 10:00AM 18TH MAY 2022 electronically.
10. Tenders will close automatically immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened online.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
