Kitutu Chache North National Government Constituency Development Fund invites bids from interested and eligible bidders/firms for Construction works in various schools as below;

The details of the tenders are as follows;

Interested bidders who meet the following mandatory requirements supported by certified copies at the time of submission will be considered for further evaluation

1. Provide certificate of incorporation
2. Valid business permit
3. Provide valid NCA registration certificate for building works (category 7 and above)
4. Provide NCA Annual Practicing license for building works
5. Provide PIN/VAT certificate
6. Provide valid tax compliance certificate
7. Must provide a bid bond of 2% of the bid price which must be valid for 120 days(after the expiry of tender validity period) in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority
8. Duly filled form of tender
9. Dully filled confidential questionnaire
10. Valid CR12 from the Registrar of Companies.
11. Pre tender site visit is mandatory on Wednesday 29/05/2024 at 10am at NG CDF office, Marani, and a certificate will be issued.

In addition, interested bidders must show proof of the following;

1. a)Adequate equipment holding for the specified type of work
2. b)Key adequate staff to be engaged
3. c)Audited and certified accounts for the last two years
4. d)Proof of similar works in magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last two years
5. e)Litigation history of the company (Both court and arbitration cases)
6. f)Evidence of sound financial standing and access to bank credit line
7. g)Copy of receipt

Tenderers may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (Ksh.1,000/=) payable to Kitutu Chache North NG-CDF office at Marani during normal working hours as from 24th May 2024 to 10th June 2024 at 10.30a.m.
