The Parliamentary Joint Services invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Construction of the Proposed Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST) on LR No. 28172, Karen, Nairobi.

There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 26th November,2021,11.00am in the 2nd Floor Boardroom, Protection House, along Parliament Road, Nairobi.
Duly completed, serialized and paginated tender documents, all the pages of the bid document submitted including any addenda, appendices and attachments (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the tender documents and be dropped in the Tender Box at the Reception on 2nd Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 17th December, 2021 at 11.00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 2nd floor boardroom, Nairobi.
Tenders .must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Thirty Million (Kshs. 30,000,000.00) Only in the form of Bank guarantee from a financial institution recognized and/or regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 217 days from date of tender opening.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 182 days from the closing date of the tender.
