CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED HOUSING SCHEME FOR KENYATTA NATIONAL HOSPITAL STAFF RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME 2011 [KNH SRBS 2011) ON PLOT LR. NO. KAJIADO/KITENGELA/6242 IN KITENGELA, KAJIADO COUNTY
The Kenyatta National Hospital Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme 2011 is seeking for qualified contractors for development of a residential scheme on part of title number Kajiado/Kitengela/6242. The scheme will comprise of maisonettes and apartment blocks.
The EOI documents and details can be accessed and downloaded from https://knh.or.ke/index.php/tenders/.
Skilled and qualified contractors interested in the project are requested to submit their respective Expression of Interest (EOI) on or before 2:00pm on 17th February 2023 delivered to a tender box outside the Office of the Director Legal Services, 1st Floor, KNH Administration Block.
Note:
1) Only pre-qualified contractors shall be invited to tender.
2) This is not a tender and therefore no financial proposal is required.
3) KNH SRBS 2011 is not bound to proceed with the tender whatever the outcome of the EOI.
