Construction Of The Proposed Lecture Theatre – Co-operative University of Kenya

THE CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY OF KENYA TENDER 2021 

The Co-operative University of Kenya invites sealed bids from interested and eligible candidates for the following listed tender

1. The project is to be undertaken in phases, starting with phase (1) which comprises four (4) lecture halls out of the proposed sixteen (16) lecture halls, as detailed in the Bills of Quantities.
2. Prospective candidates may obtain further information from The Co-operative University of Kenya, Main Campus, along Ushirika Road, Karen, Procurement Department, during official working hours.
3. Detailed tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from the University website www.cuk.ac.ke.
4. There shall be NO pre-tender site visits in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, interested bidders are free to visit the site on their own to familiarize themselves with the site of the intended works.
5. All interested bidders are required to continually check The Co-operative University of Kenya website (www.cuk.ac.ke ) for any other tender addenda of clarifications that may arise before the submission date.

Opening of the bids will be done thereafter in the presence tenderers who may choose to attend the opening. MOH regulations on COVID-19 will be mandatory
