Construction of Two Storey 240 Capacity Dormitory Phase 1 – NG-CDF Ainamoi 2021

AINAMOI NG-CDF TENDER DECEMBER 2021

1. The National Government Constituency Development Fund [NG-CDF] Ainamoi Invites sealed Tenders from interested Bidders for the following work;

2. Qualified and Interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect tender documents from the Principal office situated at Moi Sitotwet Secondary School during the normal working hours.
3. A complete set of tender document can be obtained by interested candidates from the Principal office Moi Sitotwet Secondary School upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Kenya Shillings 1,000.00 during the normal working hours. Bidders are advised to strictly follow the instructions of the tender documents.
4. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and the Prices quoted must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 140 days from the closing date of tender.
5. TheTenderershallchronologicallyserializeallpagesofthetenderdocumentssubmitted
6. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number be deposited in the Tender Box located outside the Principal office Moi Sitotwet Secondary School so as to be received on or before 21^st December 2021 at 10.00 am.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at Moi Sitotwet Secondary School Boardroom.
8. There shall be a mandatory Site Visit/Pre-bid meeting on 14^th December, 2021 at 11.00 am .All tenderers will assemble at the TORIT GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL. Site visit certificate will be issued on that day and time by the representative from NG-CDF AINAMOI CONSTITUENCY
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
