Interested bidders must meet all the conditions as indicated in the tender document and can view and download the bid documents in the county assembly of Samburu website- www.samburuassembly.go.ke  free of charge. Dully completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes with the tender number clearly marked at the right hand corner and bearing no indication of the identity of the tenderer should be addressed to:

Delivered and placed in the tender box situated at the entrance to the County Assembly HQs in Maralal Town, Samburu County, or sent by post so as to reach the above address not later than 1st April 2021,10:00 am. Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the Board Room, County Assembly of Samburu soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened. Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date of tender opening.

The Bid security, which must be from an established bank or approved Insurance Company, shall be valid for ninety (90) days from Tender Opening date.
