- This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online AfDB811-11/15 of 19th November, 2015 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
- The Government of Kenya has received loan from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Small Scale Irrigation and Value Addition Project (SIVAP). It is intended that part of the Proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Construction Works in Machakos, Kajiado, Bomet, Makueni, Tana River, Muranga, Tharaka Nithi, Nyeri, Nyandarua and Kitui Counties.
