CONSULTANCY FOR STUDY – UNDERSTANDINGS PERSPECTIVES OF DISPLACEMENT AFFECTED COMMUNITIES ON IDENTIFICATION 

The Norwegian Refugee Council invites firm offers from eligible and registered consultant/ consultancy firms to bid for the above joint consultancy for Kakuma and Dadaab.

Complete tender document and BOQs may be obtained Free of Charge by eligible consultant/s upon request through NRC email address: nairobi.logistics@nrc.no from Friday 10th to 24th July2020. Use of company official email address while requesting for the documents is highly recommended for documentation purposes, i.e. kindly indicate the company name in full while requesting for the bidding form.

Complete bid documents and attachments i.e. profile, CVs, Detailed budget, methodology, work plan and previous experiences should be submitted electronically through Nairobi. logistics@nrc.no as an attachment [preferably zipped folder] with the tender name & reference number before or on Monday 27th July 2020 at 1000 hrs. accompanied with a Security bid bond of Kshs 50,000 in form of a Bank guarantee from a reputable bank/ insurance company in Kenya.

Proposals for consultancy will be opened the same day on 27th July 2020 at 1030 Hrs. virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A zoom link will be sent to those who will have submitted their proposals. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Norwegian Refugees Council reserves the right to withdraw, accept or reject any bid application and may annul the tender process at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
