Bids should reach tenders@redcross.or.ke on or before 16th August 2023 at 11.00 a.m. Bids received after the above-specified date and time shall not be considered.
Bidders should provide soft copies of technical and financial proposal in two separate folders clearly Marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” both of which should then be sent to tenders@redcross.or.ke with the subject reading “Tender No: GFPREQ02153: Call for Consultancy for the Comprehensive Documentation and Development of a Compendium of Human Rights Related Cases and Barriers Towards Access to HIV/TB Services”
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend the online tender opening, a meeting link will be shared to all eligible bidders who register through tenders@redcross.or.ke
