NYAHURURU WATER AND SANITATION COMPANY (NYAHUWASCO) TENDER MARCH 2023 

Nyahururu Water and Sanitation Company Limited (NYAHUWASCO] is a corporate entity established under Cap 486 of the laws of Kenya. NYAHUWASCO intends to undertake a technical, financial and operations review aimed at ensuring that company policies, practices, procedures and strategies adhere to international best practices. NYAHUWASCO therefore, invites sealed Request for Proposal documents from qualified and interested/ eligible bidders to undertake Consultancy on Advisory Management Review Assignment of NYAHUWASCO.

Request for Proposal (RFP] clearly marked with the Ref No: NYAHUWASC0/RFP/012/2022- 2023 and clearly marked Consultancy on Advisory Management Review Assignment of NYAHUWASCO. and no other markings, should be addressed to the;

Prices quoted shall be inclusive of duty and other taxes and shall remain valid for 119 days from the closing date of the tenders.

Bidders will be required to indicate cost of the project in the Financial Proposal and not in the Technical Proposal.

Completed Request for Proposal (RFP) documents shall be submitted as follows; separately enclosed technical and financial proposals in plain sealed envelopes, which shall then be enclosed in a big envelope marked “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 27^th  March, 2023 at 11:00a.m”

Request for Proposal documents made in English must be placed inside the Tender Box at the company’s main office, along Kenyatta Road next to Cooperative Bank of Kenya at the reception area, Administration Block, not later than 27^TH  March, 2023 at 11:00a.m. E-mail: info@nyahuwasco.co.ke

Tender opening will be done in two stages viz Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. At bid opening, the Employer will open the Technical Proposals and announce the bidder’s names, bid withdrawals, if any, the presence of the requisite bid Security and such other details as the Employer, at his discretion, may consider appropriate. Only bidders who pass the Technical Evaluation stage shall proceed to the Financial Evaluation. Financial Proposal bid opening will be done after Technical Evaluation.

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the NYAHUWAWSCO Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. All other Terms and Conditions remain as per the RFP Document.

The Tender Opening Process will be done in Compliance with the prevailing COVID19 Prevention Guidelines & Protocols
