CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR DESIGN REVIEW & SUPERVISION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT KIBUYE MARKET PHASE 2

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU TENDER DECEMBER 2021

1. The county Government of Kisumu [City of Kisumu] intends to use part of its funds in the proposed consultancy service for design review and supervision for the improvement works at Kibuye Market Phase 2.

• This bid is an open National Tender, bidders will be selected in accordance with evaluation criteria and terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents. The bid evaluation will take into account technical factors in addition to cost factors.
• Bidding documents may be downloaded for free from Kisumu County website [kisumu.go.ke] or City of Kisumu website (city.kisumu.go.ke)
• The bids will be evaluated using the Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Bid security MUST be obtained from reputable banks only and should be attached to Technical proposals.
• The bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box marked “Tender Box” at the City Procurement Office, KUP Offices, Tom Mboya Drive Millimani. P.O. Box 105-40100, Kisumu and be addressed to:

• So as to be received not later than 00 noon on 22^nd December, 2021
• The bids shall be clearly marked: Tender N° and Title.
• Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend on the same day starting immediately after 12.00pm on 22nd December, 2021 at KUP Offices Millimani.
