CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO UNDERTAKE A SURVEY OF APPLICABLE EXPERT REMUNERATION FEES IN COMPARABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN KENYA.
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fUr Internationale Zusammenarbeit [GIZ] GmbH has been commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development [BMZ] to implement technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. GIZ has been working in Kenya with national, international and private sector partners in Kenya since 1975. The national offices are in the capital, Nairobi. The priority areas are:
- Sustainable economic development and employment promotion
- Agriculture and food security
- Renewable energy and climate change
Towards enhancing its competitiveness as an organization with regards to renumeration for services offered by experts and services companies, GIZ has adopted a clustered remuneration structure that guides all internal processes and guidelines. This structure is reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains competitive and alive to the market dynamics and realities. This structure is due for review.
