CONSULTANCY SERVICES – BINGWA SACCO LIMITED JANAURY 2022 

BINGWA SACCO LIMITED TENDER JANAURY 2022 

We are a fast growing Sacco with the head office, based in Kerugoya town, Kirinyaga County. We invite interested consultants to submit their application for the Design; tender documentation; construction supervision and contract management for the society. The submission should be in a consortium consisting of Architect;Structural Engineer; Quantity Surveyor; Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and Project Management consultant.

The Applicants Are Required To Meet the Following Minimum Requirements

1. The firms must be registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors and ERB respectively.
2. The directors / partners for the Structural Engineering and Architectural firms must be registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors and ERB respectively and have minimum experience of 15 years.
3. The directors / partners for the Quantity Surveying; Electrical and Mechanical Engineering firms must be registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors and ERB respectively and have minimum experience of 10 years.
4. Must have executed projects of similar nature. Firms must submit recommendation and appointment letters for projects they have undertaken.
5. Should attach registration certificates and KRA PIN.
6. Should have current tax compliance certificate from KRA.
7. Should have professional indemnity cover (Minimum Kshs.20million).

The proposal should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘ARCHITECTS; QUANTITY SURVEYOR; STRUCTURAL/CIVIL ENGINEERS; MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS and PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT’ and deposited in the tender box situated at our head office in Kerugoya on or before 27th January 2022 at 4:00 p.m. addressed to:
