CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT TO DEVELOP A WEB-BASED KESCO INTERACTIVE SYSTEM

The State Department now invites sealed bids from e­ligible bidders for the following consultancy services:

Interested and eligible individuals may access and download the detailed Request for Proposals document from the State Department’s Website: www.labour.go.ke and the government tender portal www.tenders.go.ke for free.

Duly filled Request for Proposals should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the refer­ence name and number and forwarded either by:

Depositing in the tender box located on 14th Floor of NSSF building, Block A, Eastern Wing, Bishops Road, Nairobi, Kenya during office hours (Weekdays 8.00 am to 5.00 pm)

So as to be received by Thursday 24^th  August 2023 at 11.00a.m. East African Time.

The Technical Proposals will be publicly opened immediately after the closing time on Thursday 24^th  August, 2023 at 11.00 a.m. at the conference room located at NSSF Building, Block B, 15^th  Floor in the presence of interested bidders who may choose to attend. Only shortlisted candidates Financial Proposals will be opened at a later date.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to cancel the tender proceedings any time before notification of contract award.
