envelope should be enclosed in one plain sealed envelope marked with the tender name and reference number and
deposited in the tender box at Talanta Plaza 9th floor, Kenya road, Upper Hill-Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

The tenders will be opened thereafter at Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund boardroom in the presence of
tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
