CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CASH TRANSFER PROGRAMME EVALUATION AND EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR MARKET ASSESSMENT

FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

1. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian  non-profit, non-governmental organization, which provides assistance protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide
2. NRC Uganda intends to hire eligible and experienced consultancy firm for the below mentioned consultancy services by participating through NRC online tender management system;

be shared via return email with the respective firm for applying online.

3. Interested firms have to follow the instructions available online and accordingly upload required documents To be eligible, the interested firms must provide certified copies of:
4. a)Certificate of Business Registration / Incorporation
5. b)Valid Trade License
6. c)Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/ Certificate
7. d)Valid Tax clearance certificate from URA
8. e)Proof of experience of conducting similar consultancy services
9. f)List of clients with reference letters (preferably INGO’s)
10. g)Resumes of senior staff outlining their qualifications and experiences
11. h)Documentary Evidence of Valid Registration as a freelance practitioner (if an Individual)

Note: International applications should attach equivalent of all above listed documents

4. Deadline for the submission of online bids is Friday 30th September 2022 (1700hrs). Enquires can be sent through online tender management system by or before Thursday 29th September. 2022 (1700hrs)
