EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) – CONSULTANCY
International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training, relief and development programs.
IMC is seeking services from reputed firms to provide and manage Employee Assistance Program for its Sudan office with a potential to include other countries in the region, with the focus but not limited to the following:
– Provision of Individual and group counselling
– To provide Immediate response and intervention during times of urgent employee psychological distress or workplace crises.
– To create and distribute wellness materials, self-care guides, and coping strategies for employees.
– To conduct training both virtual and in-house sessions and workshops on mental health topics, with supporting materials.
– To provide periodic reports and feedback and recommend any programme improvements.
– To provide confidential individual remote Counselling through Phone or WhatsApp etc
