INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
The Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) invites sealed proposals for Provision of
Consultancy Services for the KICC Events Management Services. Tendering will be conducted
using Request for Proposal using a standardized tender document.
Tender documents obtained from the THE KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION
CENTRE (KICC) website, www.kicc.co.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke shall be free of
charge.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the address given below.

3. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kicc.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum/addenda.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize/paginate all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th December, 2023 at
1030hrs (East Africa Time).

7. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
8. Tender documents that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and
recorded using the register located at the reception area at the address located below.
9. Tender documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late Tender documents will be rejected.
