MESPT-HR-02-2024 – CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR MESPT RECRUITMENT AGENCIES.
Micro Enterprises Support Programme Trust (MESPT) is seeking to prequalify Human Resources recruitment agencies to support the recruitment of new hires for the year 2025. As a development organization focused on growing smallholder farmers and Agri SMEs in Kenya, MESPT is committed to enhancing agricultural productivity, job creation, and promoting competitiveness through capacity building and market linkages.
We are inviting qualified and experienced recruitment agencies to submit proposals for the recruitment of top candidates for various positions within MESPT, as outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR) document.
Key Objectives:
To reduce the time to hire and improve the quality of candidates.
To identify and recruit top candidates for various positions.
To ensure a comprehensive and strategic recruitment process.
Scope of Services:
- Advertising vacant positions within MESPT.
- Shortlisting of candidates.
- Conducting interviews and supporting final interviews.
- Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Developing and implementing an effective recruitment strategy.
Eligibility Criteria for Agencies:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the HR consulting field.
- Experience in conducting recruitment for developmental organizations.
- A team with qualifications in Human Resource Management (minimum 10 years of experience for the lead consultant and 5 years for support staff).
- Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- Proven ability to deliver on the design and roll-out of recruitment strategies.
Proposal Submission:
Interested agencies are required to submit:
- Technical Proposal (including work plan and methodology).
- Financial Proposal (with a detailed cost breakdown).
- CVs of key team members.
- Examples of previous similar work.
- A detailed organizational profile.
