CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE MIGRATION AND UPDATE OF THE SMALL HYDROPOWER ATLAS
The Ministry of Energy and Petroleum, State Department for Energy invites sealed Request for Proposals (FRP) from individual Consultants for the Migration and Update of the Small Hydropower Atlas.
The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be conducted under Open National Tender and is open to all qualified and interested consultants. Qualified and interested consultants may obtain further information and inspect the tender (RFP) documents during office hours (0900 to 1700) at the address given below.
A complete set of RFP documents with detailed qualification criteria may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers from the Supply Chain Management office on 1st Floor, Kawi Complex Block ‘A’ upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kenya shillings one thousand only in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to Principal Secretary, Ministry of Energy & Petroleum, State Department for Energy. Tender documents may also be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.energy.go.ke and www.supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge.
Those who obtain their RFP documents electronically are requested to submit the details of the firm name, postal and physical address, email and contact telephone number(s) for purposes of submitting any clarification and/or addenda to the RFP documents.
Completed Request for Proposal documents both “original” and “copy” , enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and marked with the tender name and reference number should be addressed to:

And be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance, Ground Floor, Kawi Complex Block ‘A’ so as to be received on or before 10th May, 2023 at 10.00 am.
The Request For Proposal documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Meeting Room at 3rd floor Kawi Complex in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
