CONSULTANCY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS PROCESS REVIEW AND SUPERVISION OF A SACCO CORE SYSTEM AND ALTERNATIVE CHANNELS IMPLEMENTATION

Our client, Metropolitan National Sacco Limited, is a deposit taking Sacco licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA). The core business of the Sacco is to primarily empower its membership financially through provision of unique, progressive and innovative services ranging from but not limited to competitive savings products, flexible loans and personal financial advice.

Metropolitan National Sacco has a membership of over ninety thousand members mainly drawn from Teachers Service Commission [TSC], Government Ministries, Parastatals, Kenya Defence Forces [KDF], National Police Service, Public and Private Universities, Colleges, Academies and the private sector among others. The Sacco is ranked position 6th among the largest SACCOs in asset base nationally as per the SASRA report of the year 2020, currently with an asset base of 17.9 billion.

Metropolitan National Sacco invites proposals from individuals or Firms in the ICT Industry to bid for consultancy to conduct business process review and supervision of a Sacco core system and alternative channels implementation as detailed in the tender document.

The tender document can be accessed and downloaded from the website at https://www.metrosacco.co.ke/tenders. Proposals must be dropped at Metropolitan National Sacco Offices situated at; Ground Floor, Chai House along Koinange Street, Nairobi, on or before 30^th  November, 2021 at 12:00 hrs.
