CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY TENDER 2021 

PROVISION OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS (IS) AUDIT SERVICES

The Capital Markets Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible and competent firms for Consultancy to provide Information Systems (IS) Audit with details indicated below;

Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers and will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non – refundable fee of One Thousand Kenya Shillings (KSHs.1,000) in cash or Banker’s Cheque payable to Capital Markets Authority.

Tender documents may also be obtained electronically from the website https://www.cma.or.ke or https://tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a designated website shall advise the Authority via email procurementteam@cma.or.ke that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer i.e., email, telephone number and postal address.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information using the email indicated above and inspect the Tender Docu­ments during office hours between 0900hours and 1500 hours at the address given below.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender description and number, and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Capital Markets Authority Offices; 3rd floor, Embankment Plaza, Upperhill, Longonot Road, Nairobi and addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 1^st June 2021 1100hours. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the 4th floor Conference Room, Embankment Plaza, Upperhill, Longonot Road.

Late bids shall be rejected.
