The Capital Markets Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of the services indicated below with a contract to be signed for each respective tender for a period of three years subject to annual satisfactory performance:

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand Kenya shillings (Kshs.1,000) in cash or bankers cheque payable to Capital Markets Authority or downloaded free of charge from the Authority’s website; www.cma.or.ke or https://tenders.go.ke. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
Those who download the documents from any of the websites must forward their particulars immediately to: procurementteam@cma.or.ke for registration and for tender clarification purposes.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender description and number, and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at The Capital Markets Authority’s Offices, 3rd floor, Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road, Upperhill, Nairobi and addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 3rd March 2021.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.50,000 from a reputable bank or insurance company (self-insured tender security will not be allowed).
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the 4th floor Conference Room, Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road.
Late bids shall not be considered.
