CONSULTANT FOR E-MOBILITY TO ADVISE THE KENYAN OFFICE OF THE CLIMATE ENVOY

Opportunity

GIZ is seeking an individual electric mobility sector consultant to work closely with the Kenyan Office of the Climate Envoy in the follow-up of the Africa Climate Summit (ACS) and the preparation and follow up of negotiations at the Conference of the Parties (COP) 28. The consultancy will focus on the following:

• Assessing the Current E-Mobility Landscape
• Policy and Regulatory Support
• Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building
• Renewable Energy & E-Mobility
• Infrastructure Development Plan
• Financial Mechanisms and Business Models

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must either be Kenyan citizens/residents or hold a valid Kenyan work permit – evidenced through submission of the proper identification documents.

Applicants must submit their KRA PIN certificates.

To participate, interested bidders are required to send a blank email with tender reference 83449592 in the subject line to: KE_Inquiry@giz.de  from 05.10.2023 – 10.10.2023. An email response will provide the relevant tender documents with further information on 11.10.2023 – thereafter no documents will be shared.

In case of any queries, bidders should seek clarification through KE_lnquiry@giz.de between 11.10.2023 -13.10.2023. Response will be shared to all on 18.10.2023.
