DESIGN AND/OR SUPERVISION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM REHABILITATIONS AND/OR NEW CONSTRUCTION MEASURES FOR THE URBAN FOOD SECURITY PROJECT AND SOMALI REINTEGRATION PROGRAMME IN KISMAYO/SOMALIA
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. GIZ invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest in Services for Design and Supervision of construction measures for the GIZ Urban Food Security Project and Somali Reintegration Programme in Kismayo/Somalia.
More specifically, the Firm(s) will carry out one or more of the following services:
Assessment/design (preliminary and detailed architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical/ tender documents/support in evaluation of tender documents/ supervision of new construction and/or rehabilitation of small and medium sized public buildings like market outlets, women development center, sports field in Kismayo/Somalia
Interested Firms must provide verifiable proof of qualifications and experience on performing services of similar. Assignments of highly recognized standards. The Firm is requested to have the following qualified Experts:
Graduate degree in Architecture, in structural engineering, in mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity survey or another related field
- At least over 5 years proven experience in similar project
- Experience in undertaking assessment in Somalia.
- Verifiable prove of ability and willingness to access Kismayo town
