Complete sets of technical and financial proposals, clearly marked in separate envelopes should be deposited in the tender box located at Laikipia County Government Offices in Nanyuki or posted to the undersigned:
on or before 19th November 2021 at 11.00 a.m. and opened thereafter in the presence of candidates or their representatives. Late bids will NOT be accepted. Only bidders meeting criteria indicated in the bid document shall be considered for further evaluation
