INVITATION TO TENDER
DISPOSAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES 

TENDER NO: SASRA/004/2024-2025 
1. The Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to
purchase the Motor Vehicles listed for disposal and shown in the image’s appendix.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will
be sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading the
document from the Authority website www.sasra.go.ke or the Government Procurement Portal
https://tenders.go.ke.
4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 21st August 2024 at
11.00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
5. Interested tenderers may inspect the vehicles to be disposed, during the designated days and time at
the address given below.

6. Interested bidders are advised to comply with the provided viewing timings to facilitate access.
7. Tenderers are advised that THE FOLLOWING TENDER FORMS AND MANDATORY ATTACHMENTS
WILL form their tender submission:
a) Original Bankers Cheque for the Bid Deposit amount required for items bided.
b) Filled Schedule of Items and Prices
c) Filled Form of Tender
d) Filled Confidential Business Questionnaire form
e) Copy of Certificate of Registration/Incorporation for a company and or National ID for
Individual applicant
f) Bidders should have their documents paginated consistently to ensure compliance with
Section 74 (1) (i) Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act, 2015 (in format
1,2,3,4………….to the last page).
8. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days
from the closing date of the tender.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
