INVITATION TO TENDER
DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE ASSETS
TENDER NO. KBU/DCC/OT/01/2021-2022
1. The Deputy County Commissioner Kiambu Sub County now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase the unserviceable Isuzu FVR truck GKA 978 F
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will be sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours [
FROM 9.00 AM TO 3.00PM] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested candidates free of charge from www.tenders.go.ke and www.interior.go.ke
5. Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a 10% refundable deposit of the reserve price and shall be paid inform of bankers cheque payable to the account indicated in the document.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 AM 29thJune, 2022. Electronic tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Those who download the document from the website must forward their particulars immediately for recording and for further clarifications to Procurement Office
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
