DRILLING & EQUIPPING OF KANDEBENE BOREHOLE
The County Government of Meru (CGM),(hereafter called’ ’The Client’’) nowinvitessealed bidsfrom eligible
Contractors for Procurement of drilling & Equipping of Kandebene Borehole. Interested candidates may
obtain further information from and inspect the tender document from CGM website: www.meru.go.ke and
government portal; www.tenders.go.ke
1.1. Interested Service Providersshall download the tender document fromthe website freely, and MUST forward
their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to
procurement.finance@meru.go.ke ;
1.2. Completed tender documents must be submitted, delivered & deposited in the tender box located at the
reception of the County Government of Meru headquarter, next to huduma center offices Meru along Meru –
Nanyuki highway and addressed to: THE COUNTY SECRETARY, COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF
MERU, P.O. BOX 120-60200 MERU so as to
be received on or before 2ND MAY, 2025 at 11.00 A.M.
1.3. Prices quoted should be inclusive of alltaxes and deliverycosts, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall
remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing date of the tender;
1.4. Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as indicated in the instructions to
tender.
