EXPRESSION OF INTEREST-DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY STRATEGY 

MOMBASA PORT SACCO LTD TENDER JANUARY 2022 

Mombasa Port Sacco is inviting bids for consultancy services for the development of Enterprise Risk Management Framework & Policy and Business Continuity Strategy from prospective risk management consulting firms.

The bidding firm must meet the following requirements:

1. i)A reputable firm with at least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of ERM & BC.
2. ii)At least 5 years of management experience for the firm’s lead consultants in working/consulting in the ERM & BC services with a demonstrable track record in similar assignments in the financial sector or related institutions. Experience of working with Saccos in Kenya is desirable and an added advantage;

iii)    Provide at least three contactable positive references for previous clients in the last five (5) years;

1. iv)Proof of professional accreditation with local, regional, or internationally recognized Risk Management Body or affiliation is a must;
2. v)Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in the field of risk management, knowledge about best practices regarding risk management;
3. vi)Team members having excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills in a cross- cultural environment; and

vii)  Knowledge and experience using participatory approaches and innovative facilitation techniques.

Firms meeting the above criteria are requested to submit their proposals in two sealed envelopes containing the Technical Proposal and Financial proposal and dropped in the Tender Box at the Society’s’ reception area on or before 21^st  January, 2022 at 12.00 hours.
