The County Government of Kisumu, Department of Health & Sanitation is seeking competent and capable investors that demonstrate appropriate expertise and experience to invest, or lease out to, or lease from the department different assets.
The department therefore invites Expression of Interests/ proposals from companies/parties with proven capabilities and demonstrated performance in similar requirements for the following;

Interested bidders may obtain the Tender documents from Kisumu County Government website: www.kisumu.go.ke in pursuant to PPDA Act (cap 102) (1d). Interested bidders are required to submit the following mandatory criteria:
- a)Letter of Expression of Interest
- b)Firm’s company profile
- c)Registration with relevant body
This opportunity is open to LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL FIRMS, you may bid as individual or as a consortium.
The EOI documents should be submitted in SOFT COPY via mail to medsupt09(agmail.com “OR HARD COPY in an enclosed plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number addressed to:
CHIEF OFFICER OF HEALTH AND SANITATION
C/o KISUMU COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL
P.O. Box 1818 – 40100,
Kisumu.
And placed in the Tender box located at Kisumu County Referral Hospital so as to be received on or before 28th December 2021 by 12.00 noon. The EOl’s will be opened on the same day as from 12.00 noon (Kenyan time). All investors are also invited to the investor exhibition and conference on 18th to 22nd December to be held in Jomo Kenyatta sports ground in Kisumu.
