INVITATION TO TENDER
The State Department invites eligible bidders for provision of the following;

1. The tender document may be obtained free of charge by interested bidders electronically
from the Ministry’s website www.mibema.go.ke and Government of Kenya tender Portal,
www.tenders.go.ke.
2. Duly Completed tender documents enclosed in a plain, sealed envelope clearly marked
with the tender name and tender number should be dropped at the tender box located on
second floor, Works Building, Ngong Road, Nairobi so as to reach on or before Tuesday, 21st
November 2023, 10. 00a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be accepted.
3. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after closing in the presence of the Tenderers’
representatives who choose to attend at third floor board room, Works Building, Ngong
Road, Nairobi.
4. Late tenders will be rejected.
