Expression Of Interest For Consultancy Services – County Government of Tana River

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF TANA RIVER TENDER 2021

The County Government Act (104), obligates the County Government to carry out a County planning frame work. One of the key areas identified and is the Surveying and registration of land in Urban areas, CGA (107).

The County Government of Tana River, wishes to Survey and Register all planned land in urban areas, as one of the ingredient for effective and sustainable development of land and its resources for the people of Tana River. It is to this regard that the County Government of Tana River wishes to seek eligible consultancies to express their interests for the following bid.

The EOI must be accompanied by the following:

1.             Company profile and audited financial statements for the past three (3) years
2.             Copies of company registration certificates, PIN and VAT Registration certificates.

      III.            Copy of certified valid Tax compliance.

1.             Certified copies of certificates of Key professional personnel registered by Physical Planners Registration Board, Licensed by the Surveyors Registration Board.
2.             Member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya in good standing.
3.             List of SIMILAR contracts carried out in the past five (5) years.

   VII.            Names and contacts of previous clients including, certificates of completion.

 VIII.            In-depth understanding of the socio-economics of the coastal communities especially Pastoral and farming communities of Kenya.

1.             Experience in spatial zoning schemes, land use Classification, conservation area demarcation or protection.
