FOR LEASING AND OPERATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION TOWER OF THE KIRDI TECHNOLOGY CENTRE IN SOUTH B NAIROBI
EOI REFERENCE NO: KIRDI/EOI/01/2020-2021
The Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute (KIRDI) in consultation with Ebony Estates Limited invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable and experienced hoteliers to lease and operate the accommodation tower of the upcoming KIRDI Technology Centre located at the Junction of Lusaka Road and Dunga Road in South B in Nairobi.
The tower is on offer for lease on an as-is basis and a long-term lease will be negotiated between the successful bidder and KIRDI. Interested parties who meet the necessary requirements may submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) including relevant details.
The EOI guidelines can be viewed and downloaded from the websites www.kirdi.go.ke , www.kirditechnocentre.co.ke https://.ebonyestates.co.ke and on the Public Procurement Information portal www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download the EOI guidelines document from these websites will be required to email their detailed contact information to info@.ebonyestates.com  or ebonyestates@gmail.com  for recording/further clarification and addendum. A Compulsory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday 16th March, 2021 at 10.00AM at KIRDI Technology Centre in South B and a site visit will be conducted immediately thereafter.
Completed EOI documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked EOI TO LEASE AND OPERATE THE ACCOMMODATION TOWER, EOI Reference No. KIRDI/EOI/05/2020-2021 should be deposited in the tender box at the KIRDI South B Block D reception or be submitted to address below so as to be received not later than 12.00 Noon 30th March 2021.
