EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO LEASE AND OPERATE ENKISHUI SEASONAL MARA RIVER CAMP

MARA CONSERVANCY TENDER SEPTEMBER 2024 

The directors of the Mara Conservancy are seeking prospective and eligible firms to express their interest in leasing seasonal tented camp space located next to the Mara River within the Mara Conservancy. The lease will be for five years, starting in May 2026.

Interested firms may download the expression of interest document containing the terms of reference from the Conservancy website: www.maratriangle.org or get a hard copy from Mara Conservancy offices free of charge. After downloading the EOI document, tenderers must immediately forward their particulars (full name and email address] to admin@maratriangle.org  to facilitate further clarification or addendum. Requests for clarifications, inquiries, and appointments for site visits by interested participants should be in writing through the email address admin@maratriangle.org

Completed expression of interest document enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender number and name, should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, The Mara Conservancy, and be deposited in the Tender Box at Mara Conservancy Head Office, Triad House, 83 Muthaiga Road, or Tender Box at Mara Conservancy Office, next to Mara Serena Safari Lodge, or sent through P.O. Box 63457-00619 Muthaiga Nairobi, so at to be received on or before Friday, 11 October 2024 at noon.
