FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF IT SUPPORT CONSULTANCY SERVICES, NAIROBI COUNTY

FINN CHURCH AID (FCA) KENYA TENDER SEPTEMBER 2024 

As such, FCA invites interested, eligible and competent suppliers to bid through open domestic bidding for the supplies below.

With Funds received from MFA Finland, Finn Church Aid Kenya (FCA) is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested contractors for the following tender:

Services

• Provision of IT support consultancy services to FCA Nairobi office.

All the services are for a humanitarian project implemented by FCA in Nairobi County.

1. Please note that the prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
2. All bids, in English only, MUST be submitted online through the link bellow as two different attachments.
3. a)Duly filled Tender document- Please note FCA will get the quoted prices only from Annex 3 (Form of tender submission). Any other modifications will be automatically disqualified.
4. b)Supporting documents/company documents as requested in clause 5 (Eligibility Criteria) and 6 (Contract Award Criteria)

by 2259 hrs Kenyan time on 26th September 2024. Late bids will be rejected.

4. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Tender opening will take place on 30th September 2024. at 11.00 am through Microsoft Teams (link will be sent via email).

The Contracting authority may for its own convenience and without charge or liability cancel the tender process at any stage.
