INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CALLING CARDS(AIRTIME) FOR THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MARSABIT (FRAMEWORK
AGREEMENT FOR 2 YEARS).
Contract No: MBT/COU/T/FA/31/2024-2025/2025-2026.
1. The County Government of Marsabit intends to invite Tenderers for a Framework
Agreement for Provision of Calling Cards (Airtime) Framework Agreement for 2 Years
2. The invitation to tender is made on 23rd July, 2024.Tendering will be conducted under
Open National Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all
qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Document during office hours 0800 to 1600 hours at the Governors’ Office
Building; Procurement Office.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.marsabit.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal
www.tenders.go.ke at the address given below. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@marsabit.go.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tender Bids should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier delivery, clearly
marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by Tuesday 6th August,
2024, at 10:00 AM. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Any duly sealed tender documents which are bulky and cannot fit into the Tender Box
shall be received only at the office of Director, Supply Chain Management Ground Floor,
Governors’ Office Building. Bidders who submit documents in accordance with this
paragraph must sign the submission register for the bulky Tender documents which will
beavailed at the time and place of submission.
7. Late tenders will be REJECTED.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
