INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED STAFF UNIFORMS FOR HUDUMA KENYA
TENDER NO: SDPS/HKS/ONT/04/2022-2023
3. The Huduma Kenya Secretariat invites sealed tenders for the supply of branded staff
uniforms to be delivered at Huduma Kenya Secretariat Headquarters. Tenders will be awarded
on basis of Framework Agreement.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method -National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with
(Women, PWD, Youth ) as indicated in the lots and also the citizen contractors for lots 2 & 3.
6. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00AM to 4:00PM at the address given below.
8. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal. Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to www. tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
10. All Tenders quoting for Lot 2 , 3& 4 must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of
Kenya Shillings Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand and Forty Thousand(Kshs. 200,000.00,
40,000.00 and 40,000.00) respectively from a bank or insurance company approved by the Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority or “Tender-Securing Declaration,” for all other lots,
(1,,5,6,7,8, 9 &10).
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the to the tender box situated at 15th floor, Lonrho
House, Standard Street, P.O. Box 47716-00100 Nairobi, on or before TUESDAY 21ST ,
FEBRUARY, 2023, at 11:00AM.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
