Completed tender documents, in sealed envelopes marked with tender description and reference should be addressed to;

And deposited in the Tender Box located at the Hotel reception so as to be received not later than 9th December, 2024 at 12.00 noon. Bulky tender documents will be received and registered at the Procurement Office.
Bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
Late bids will be rejected.
