INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF FULL BOARD ACCOMMODATION AND DAY CONFERENCE FACILITY ON “AS AND
WHEN REQUIRED”- BASIS
TENDER NO. NCCASB/OT/11/09/2022/2023
1. The Nairobi City County Assembly Service Board invites sealed tenders for the provision of
services, i.e. Provision of full board accommodation and day conference services on “As and
When Required”- basis.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to
tender for one or more items. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement.
3. Qualified Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours i.e. .0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded free of charge from the Nairobi City
County Assembly website www.nairobiassembly.go.ke or from the government tender portal
www.tenders.go.ke
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of KES 1,000.00 payable to Nairobi City County Assembly
Account at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, City Hall Branch, Account Number
01141232417500. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from (https://www.tenders.go.ke) and
/or Nairobi City County Assembly (NCCA) website; www.nairobiassembly.go.ke under
“Tenders” portal respectively. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to email; clerk@nairobiassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
5. Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 03rd October, 2022 at 12.00noon
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
