TENDER NOTICE
Nzoia Sugar Company Limited invites tenderers from interested and competent bidders for the
underlisted:

Bidders Interested in the advertised tenders are asked to download tender documents
containing detailed technical specifications from the following website/portal;
www.nzoiasugar.com, and www.tenders.go.ke or collect tender documents from the
Procurement Manager’s office from Monday to Friday between 9.00a.m. and 3.30p.m, upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000.00 per set of tender documents.
Bidders who download the documents from the websites must forward their particulars
immediately to md@nzoiasugar.com /nsctenders@nzoiasugar.com for records and any other
further tender clarifications & addenda.
All cheques must be raised in favour of “Nzoia Sugar Company Ltd”. Cash payments can be
deposited into Nzoia Sugar’s National Bank Account No. 0100154695600, Bungoma Branch.
Duly completed tender documents sealed in a single envelope bearing the name and Reference
number of the Tender, addressed to the Procuring Entity and a warning not to open before the
time and date for Tender opening date should be returned to: –
