National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the NDMA Act, 2016. It previously operated under the State Corporations Act (Cap 446) of the Laws of Kenya by Legal Notice Number 171 of November 24, 2011. NDMA is currently implementing the EDE Drought Risk Management & Coordination Project (EDE/ SDRM) with financial support from the European Union.
NDMA, under the EDE/ SDRM Project, invites applications for tenders from interested and eligible for the following works:

Detailed Tender Documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office located on 8th Floor, Lornho House, situated along Standard Street, Nairobi. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours of 0800 to 1700 hours East African Time at the address given below. Tenderers may access the tender documents free of charge from the website www.ndma.go.ke or the State Portal at www.tenders.go.ke. Bidders who download the tender documents must forward their company details/contacts including email address to the email supplychain@ndma.go.ke. All tenders shall be accompanied by a tender security as captioned above.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the TENDER NUMBER and TENDER DESCRIPTION should be addressed to

The tender documents in plain sealed envelopes should be deposited in the tender box situated at the NDMA Reception, 8th Floor, Lornho House, Standard Street, Nairobi, so as to be received on or before 17th January, 2022 at 11.00 am. Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Tender Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street, Nairobi in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
