INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS – COUNTY RESIDENT ENGINEERS
Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund) is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation with the mandate of providing conditional and unconditional grants to the Counties and to assist in financing the development and management of water services in the rural and urban marginalized and underserved areas as per Water Act, 2016.
WaterFund would like to procure the services of Individual Consultants also referred to as County Resident Engineer (REs) to support the engineering aspects under its Programmes namely; Ending Drought Emergencies Climate Proofed Infrastructure, Green Growth and Employment Programme amongst others. The REs will be assigned work immediately depending on the available County level assignments and clusters.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating their competency with supporting qualifications and relevant experience to deliver the services. The Consultants should summarize their technical areas of specialization, qualifications, suitability for the assignment, availability and geographic preference (if any) and provide CVs.

The Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in writing in four (4) copies to the address below in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “Individual Consultants – County Resident Engineer” Ref No. WSTF/OT/RFP/003/2020-2021.

The documents should be placed in the Tender Box located on the 1st Floor, CIC Plaza 1, Mara Road and be received on or before 11th November 2020 at 11.00 AM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
