Pastoralist Community Initiative and Development Assistance (PACIDA) is an indigenous, non-profit organization working in Marsabit County. PACIDA envisions bridging the development and humanitarian gaps through increased networking, lobbying and partnership with communities and Partners.
PACIDA intends to undertake installation of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Desalination Plant & Construction of Associated Infrastructure at El-Boru Magadho borehole in North Horr sub-county of Marsabit county and therefore invites tenders from eligible bidders as described in the table below.
