Details of the Specifications, Bill of Quantities and eligibility requirements are indicated in the tender documents. Complete set of tender documents are available in the County’s website (www.siaya.go.ke). Specific tender numbers including IFMIS generated Supplier Portal Negotiation numbers and eligibity requirements for the tenders are detailed in the tender notice in the website. Tenderers to make their applications through the IFMIS Supplier portal not later than Monday, 24th January 2022 at 12.00 noon.
In addition, completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Identification Number and Name, shall also be addressed to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box located at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES within Siaya Town so as to be received on or before Monday, 24th January 2022 at 12.00 noon.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices.
