INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT FOR THE TNC REGIONAL OFFICE.
Summary: Description of Project
The Nature Conservancy is an international conservation NGO headquartered in the USA, with offices in each state and in over 70 countries and territories around the globe. The headquarters for TNC Africa Region is Nairobi, Kenya.
The Nature Conservancy is looking for concepts for the interior design of their new office in Nairobi, Kenya. The building is anticipated to feature 60 offices, together with additional office function areas as described below, and the space is 9,663 square ft. This project is intended for the regional office as well as serve as the country program office, and as such, the design should be adequate to accommodate a size of 80 staff, be appealing, and give one the impression that they are in a professional workplace with strong nature features.
Interior: Must include but is not limited to:
- Meeting rooms- about 4 for 20,15,10,10 pax
- Single office spaces for 20 staff
- Open-ended spaces for 60 staff
- Kitchen spaces- 2 in number, situated on 2 opposite ends of the office. One big one close to the staff lounge and the other can be a smaller one.
- Reception area with visitors’lounge.
- Phone booths- 5 in number.
- Staff lounge area.
- Soundproofing and acoustics will also need to be factored
Proposal and Project Timeline:
- Proposals should be sent in soft copy to this email address: tncproject@tnc.org
- Proposals shall be submitted no later than Friday, 23rd December 2022
- Proposals will be evaluated immediately thereafter. Shortly after proposal submission, TNC may require bidders to attend interviews at our office with our evaluation team. You Will’be notified if this is required.
- The name of the successful bidder will be announced on or about 13th January 2023.
- Negotiations will begin immediately with the successful candidate and should conclude no later than January 31st , 2023.
- Project must be completed by, May,30 2023
