INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PHARMACEUTICAL SUPPLIERS.

VSF Germany is an international Non-Governmental Organization, providing humanitarian aid and development assistance to pastoralists and vulnerable communities in areas where livestock is of importance. VSF Germany invites application from interested eligible firms for pre-qualification of suppliers to be included in the VSF Germany’s suppliers list for Pharmaceuticals from April 2024 – April 2026. Information on the categories is available at VSFG’s website.

Interested registered pharmaceutical wholesalers can download prequalification documents from VSFG website; https://www.vsfg.org/jobs-career/ . Further information can be obtained by sending an email to logistics.RON@vsfg.org , org for any request for clarification.

Prequalification documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “Prequalification of Suppliers for 2024 – 2026” with category reference number addressed to:

The prequalification documents should be deposited in the tender box at VSF Germany’s office during office hours or sent by post to the address indicated above. They should be submitted and received not later than Thursday, 8th  February, 2024 at 4.00pm. The prequalification documents will be opened at VSF Germany’s office on Monday 12th  February, 2024 at 11.00am in absence of the bidders. The tender outcome will be communicated to the bidders through their email addresses.

VSFG reserves the right to accept or reject the applications and is not obliged to assign reasons for its decision thereof. Any canvassing or late tenderers will lead to automatic disqualification.
