KENYA SPACE AGENCY TENDER JUNE 2023 

INVITATION FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION/ CALL FOR MEMORANDA 

The Kenya Space Agency is a state corporation established under the Ministry
of Defence with the mandate to promote, coordinate and regulate space-related
activities in the country. The Agency is currently developing a Policy and
Bill to guide the Space Sector in order to realize the benefits of space science
and technology while adhering to international Space Law and promoting
global best practices.
The Constitution of Kenya 2010 requires the Government to involve the public
in the process of formulating policies and legal instruments through requesting
and receiving views and opinions from the public.
The Kenya Space Agency hereby invites the public to participate in this process
through submission of views and/or comments on the draft National
Space Policy. The document can be accessed through the Agency’s website
at https://ksa.go.ke
Written representations and memoranda may be submitted by email to secretariat@
ksa.go.ke addressed to the attention of The Director-General, Kenya
Space Agency to be received by Friday 20th June 2023 at 5:00 p.m. or
